FILEforce is Quality Assured ISO 9002

The objective of FILEforce management is to provide products, services and processes which conform to agreed customers contractual requirements.

To achieve this objective, it is the policy of FILEforce to establish and maintain an effective and efficient quality system, planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions. Determination of conformance of work to contract requirements is made on the basis of objective evidence of quality.

The FILEforce quality system is based on the requirements outlined in Australian Standard AS9002. The standard apply to a single unit systems and management consultancy specialising in the imparting of intellectual property of Records and Administrative re-engineering.

FILEforce standards will be based on the ISO 15489 Standard for Records Management
