I must thank a number of people for assistance in getting this book to finality. My thanks to Wendy Morris (now Preston) and Jane Haxton for proofreading. Max Hardy and John Chapman for pestering, all my students at college for some of the great ideas, and my clients who may find little bits of themselves in the text. Brian Doyle of course save a millions words. The cartoons were meant to be good.. but they turned out great.
