We are looking for leaders, who want to head a team in a specialised Human Resources Company, which is what FILEforce is in itself. People with a combination of backgrounds, or who can bring together the right team.
CONSULTANTS
Ideally small independent consultants who are looking to grow and gain the benefits of joining a managed network.
RECORDS BACKGROUND?
A records background is desirable but not essential. Administration, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, or Employment Agency background can bring records expertise in at a supervisory level.
MENTORING
To be a successful franchisee, you need to market our services to business and government. The FILEforce network and the mentoring program are integral to the success of the individual franchisee.
The key success essentials are the ability to sell our SERVICES and the persistence to keep on doing it.
