INVESTMENT

A modest initial investment in the franchise equates to the investment that you would have to make to  bring a small business up to the level offered as a starting point in FILEforce.  As much of the administrative support is provided with the VIRTUAL OFFICE maintained for the franchisee, the investment is in technology, necessary for the development of a profitable small business is reduced by sharing these high capital costs with the FILEforce Franchise Family.   An initial investment as low as $25K - $50K for franchise rights is to be expected.

ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL SUPPORT

Records managers and information professionals are no more an exception to this rule than engineers and accountants.   The failure of most small business is the lack of administrative and accounting expertise and systems.  The FILEforce Franchise System provides from within the virtual office a full accounting and payroll system that will pay the wages and bills for your operation.  We have taken all the problems out of being a small business by making the back office our business.  

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Most FILEforce offices are owner operated and in many instances based as 'SOHO - Small Office Home Office".  That is easy, as most of the paperwork is performed by FILEforce International on your behalf.  It is anticipated that your original investment will be returned within 24 months over and above your personal drawings.

INITIAL TRAINING

You will be given all the support necessary to get you up and going.  FILEforce has been operating for nearly a decade in the Queensland Capital of Brisbane now with a staff pool of over 60 people and more than 170 regular clients.  Our training methods for both franchisees, File Force Officers and sales people have now been developed and proven.  Our founder, one of the earliest trainers and writers on the subject is heavily involved in both training of staff and managers to give you the potential to excel in your area of information expertise.  

ONGOING TRAINING 

Our KNOWLEDGE PORTAL including not only our constantly updated ONLINE CONFIDENTIAL OPERATIONS MANUAL but also  full technical support on records management issues, including all training lecture notes, guides and references needed by each franchisee to train their own staff.  It includes the most comprehensive guide to industry standards, retention requirements, AND schedules developed by the group, books, data bases and links to sites ever put together for the EXCLUSIVE USE OF franchisees.   All forms and procedures required to run your office are already there, you just hit the print button.  

MARKETING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our support team is dedicated to developing the franchise system to help your business grow.  Our success is entirely dependent on your success.  We have proven, by trial and error (which you do not have to go through) a marketing program that works and has been successful.
