Our Work Ethic

When a client hires FILEforce, it’s like hiring a tradesman. The client is willing to pay a bit more for a job well done, performed ethically, quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

FILEforce Officers are expected to arrive at the client office on time, do the work and leave (courteously). Chatting to the client staff (during working hours) and working slowly will not get a renewal of the contract or get you more work during the next half year.

We sell the service on the basis that we come in to do the filing.

• we do not do photocopying (unless directly related to filing)
• we do not take sickies
• we do not take holidays
• we do not have an attitude problem
• we don't smoke on the job
• we don't drink alcohol during our lunch
• we dress and represent our firm well.
