PERM CLIP /  FOAM CLIP
One Piece Metal Fastener

This clip is very usable for small quantities of paper in a folder and can be placed on the outer flat to hold check lists and alerts on a medical file.   It is not suitable for thick files of more than 20 pieces of paper.  

It is particularly useful for placement on the top of a folder. 

The FOAM clip is so named as it has a small amount of foam over the base adhesive.
