PAPERless friend is a service provided by FILEforce International with their partners in the field of Information Technology and Communications.
Much time is spent setting up scanning but once the capture is complete the equipment sits idle. People who know how to use it leave and it becomes an under-utilised expensive asset.
NO CAPITAL INVESTMENT COSTS
One of the great drawbacks of new technology is the cost of equipment and software. Scanning equipment can cost from $15,000.00 to $50,000.00 to purchase, not to mention the cost of training staff and understanding how it works.
If you value speedy retrieval and the convenience of scanned or stored documents BUT don't have the capital investment --- FILEforce can assist.
All you pay is the outgoing expenses, rather than multiple submissions for a capital investment.
NO EQUIPMENT
FILEforce has the equipment needed for doing A4 and A3 scanning. Two high speed scanners working multiple shifts, 7 days a week 24 hours a day if required.
NO SOFTWARE
RedMAP software is our primary tool. This includes the complete Capture Point, Manage Point and Manage Anywhere - web based browser.
Kodak provides our scanners and we are capable of working with any software you require.
WORLDWIDE ACCESS
Manage the documents from ANYWHERE. Your sales representative in the field or managers in branch offices have the same access as your head office staff. It is no longer a head office tool but a WORLDWIDE tool.
You don't need special software to access your data, as it is available on our secure internet site exclusive to our clients.
24 HOUR TURNAROUND
FILEforce is dedicated to providing services to the customer. If required we can provide 24 hour turnaround in the scanning of your daily documents. We can capture and store your emails, Microsoft Office products and photographs.
NO TRAINING
All you do is train your staff to use a browser that finds the images on our secure internet site. No administration duties, no scanning techniques, no document preparation, no archiving, no batching, just browsing.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION
FILEforce provides staff for document preparation and indexing. By far the most costly part of scanning is the document preparation. We have 70 staff available to work in our scanning room - we provide dedicated, trained, motivated people to work in an ergonomically designed, air-conditioned, well lit area in a happy and congenial atmosphere.
EMAIL OR PRINT YOUR DOCUMENTS FROM OUR SECURE INTERNET SITE
When you require a proof quickly, log on to our secure internet site and immediately email your client a copy of the document or print it out.
