Case study One

We brag about the merger of two air conditioning maintenance companies who were brought together and had over 500 clients. We developed a new file system to be used with both companies, culled the old clients out to archives and created a whole new file system over EASTER long weekend. Yes we worked Good Friday through to midday on the Monday and had them up and working the first day with a new system that they all applauded. 

Case Study Two

University of Southern Queensland had 2035 course files held in the External Studies unit and were transferred from one system to another on the same floor. The FILEforce Conversion team moved and converted the file covers from vertical to lateral in ONE SATURDAY. Leaving the staff to arrive on Monday to the same records, but in a different system and room.
