OUR MISSION

To provide Records and Knowledge Management services to general business such that they benefit from the vast Intellectual property of FILEforce International without the hassles of doing it themselves. FILEforce levels the playing field to bring what the big guys take for granted, by making available the same service and technology to the SME (Small to Medium Enterprises).

OUR STRATEGY

Because we work in over 70 sites every day, our knowledge of records and Information Management outweighs the knowledge of one individual. Our have available the pool of knowledge, FILEforce has acquired over the last decade. We do not provide either hardware or software but the cerebral content control that can only be provided by the well-trained and motivated personnel whom we train and manage. OUR PEOPLE

They are a combination of those with technical and experiential skills as well as the operators of the records systems who provide the client with the knowledge base to improve their core business. On the ground, we provide people to do the filing, to do the data entry, to do the sentencing, and to do the quality control on the databases. They are the people who do.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Is there when you need them. We have developed techniques where supervisors and managers maintain their high levels of interest and skills by working on multiple sites. You share highly qualified personnel with others in our client base. This provides you with a networking almost unachievable as an independent operator. In particular our SME’s who could never afford the infrastructure of a Records or Knowledge Department have access to a fully qualified and utilized team at a fraction of the cost.

OUTSOURCING WITH FILEforce

FILEforce has more experience in outsourcing with more companies than many of the larger companies who call it their specialty. Our experience in dealing initially with the vast distances in Queensland (24 times the size of Great Britain) has allowed us to develop methodologies in distance management that is the envy of others.

FILEforce has developed a methodology in Business Process Engineering and Risk Management that is available to our clients and is the backbone of our success.
