FILING friend

A Friend who comes to your place and does the filing, just when you want it done.

When you need a person to routinely do only the filing for you: -

• "Your friend" who does the filing
• Uninterrupted by normal work of the office
• A person who comes in just to do the filing and then leaves
• A person who doesn't take any time off at all
• Dose your filing every week, with a buddy

Your filing friend attends fortnightly / weekly (min 3 hours) to:

• Maintain archives
• File Correspondence and vouchers
• Open new files
• Index files and books
• Maintain computer index programs
• Check Stationery needs

FILEforce COMMITMENT

• FILEforce will recruit, train, and supply a BUDDY for your Filing Friend to be there when they can't make it.
• The BUDDY is trained at no cost to the client.
• FILEforce will review the work to be performed QUARTERLY and discuss any changes needed or that we may recommend during the contract.
• FILEforce will provide advise on records management changes.
