FILEforce is independent of any vendor of file equipment, software or supplies to the office. As FILEforce makes it living out of providing intellectual property and labour to the records management industry, they are the perfect partners for your design team.

Our policy on equipment suppliers is to recommend the firms who have the products that serve the needs of the user and have a good reputation for supply and after-sales service.

 FILEforce receive no commissions or gratuities from any supplier. It is our endeavor to save the cost of our consulting by requesting that the vendor pass any discounts directly to you the purchaser.

It is the aim of FILEforce to provide services or bundled services, but not supply consumables directly to clients. 

FILEforce will purchase consumables on behalf of clients for the purpose of completing a task requested by a client.  It reserves the right to charge a service fee on such purchases.
