Before we can advise you, we must first establish what you have. Our audit of all storage for records, reference material, library, stationery, equipment and general storage is where we start.  After this has been coded, collated and analysed we have a good measure of where storage is needed. 

Though face-to-face interviews with key stakeholders we use procedures developed over years of work study experience to establish target storage needs that the company should achieve prior to its relocation.  

Understanding the holding, the need and the use of your records (paper and electronic) gives FILEforce the information to advise you on your physical and digital storage needs for the new location.

FILEforce then develops a plan for you to reduce the storage needs or change them to more appropriate and space efficient equipment or systems.
