Case Study One - Maintenance Company

Large international maintenance service provider had acquired several competitors.  FILEforce worked with the new and old staff to work on (a) developing a unified record keeping system (b) bring job scheduling into one workable module and conversion of three existing systems (c) development of a sales prospecting (CRM) system and training.   

Case Study Two - Local Authority

Local Government Authority required to develop a strategy for the implementation and use of EDRMS. (Electronic Data Records Management Systems).  FILEforce reviewed the authority, developed a plan for implementation, and gave a unbiased, non-vendor dependent opinion of which records to convert and manager in their endeavor to become more efficient over the next five years.
